Rail freight to PNW falls amid China trade war talk

Bids for rail freight to take soybeans from the Midwest to the Pacific Northwest have halved in the past two days as buyers of soybeans slashed cash bids and cargo offers have been left untouched amid a trade spat between the US and China.
