Russian reimposes barley tax, big jump in corn tax for October 2-8
The Russian government has significantly raised its corn export tax and reimposed the barley export tax, but changes to wheat taxes were marginal for the period October 2-8, according to a note published by the country’s agriculture ministry on Friday September 27.
