Russian wheat exports decreased on a weekly basis for second week in row, a Fastmarkets analysis showed on Friday September 20.

The Russian government slightly raised the wheat export duty and decreased the corn tariff for the September 25-October 1 period, the country’s agriculture ministry said in an official update on Friday September 20.
