Algeria to import 3% less wheat in MY 2018/19: USDA

A government policy to reduce durum wheat imports and favourable growing conditions for the local crop will mean Algeria imports 2.9% less wheat in the 2017/18 and 2018/19 marketing years, a report published by the USDA’s local office in Algiers said Monday.
