South Korea’s MFG buys 140,000 mt of feed wheat at tender

South Korea’s MFG bought 140,000 mt of feed wheat Friday, paying $219/mt and $220/mt CFR South Korea, market sources said Monday.

The two cargoes are scheduled for September arrival.

At its previous wheat tender in mid-February, MFG was said to have paid $218.50/mt CFR for Russian feed wheat arriving in June.

In a separate deal, feed processor KOCOPIA was also said to have bought a panamax of corn at $225/mt on Friday.
