Brazil exported 8.8 million mt of soybeans in March, according to customs data, falling short of the record 8.98 million mt it exported the year before.

Exports fell short of a monthly record for March due to a delay in planting seed.

Corn exports for March totalled 605,000 mt, up from 243,000 mt exported this time last year.

Total Q1 exports for corn reached 4.9 million mt, up 124% on the same period last year.
